Where do you ship and sell from?

We are a Store in Italy, the items will be shipped directly to your registered address at the time of purchase, if the item is not in stock it will be ordered and shipped quickly

Customs fees?

We do not charge customs fees for EU customers, so delivery without additional costs.

Shipping times?

Shipping times vary depending on availability, if the item is already in store it will be shipped within a few days, if the item is to be ordered, there may be longer times that vary in weeks.

Do you accept installment payments?

Yes, we accept installment payments. We accept installment payments in three installments (three months).

How to place a pre-order?

To place a Pre-order, it is essential to accept the conditions described in the listing. Please read the following precautions carefully and make sure you are fully aware of the procedures and expected times.

After pre-ordering a product, when do I pay the rest?

For each item in the purchase order, we will indicate the approximate delivery date in the product description. When it is ready to ship, we will inform you by email for the payment of the rest. Is there the possibility of immediate skipping

Can I collect my items in store?

It is possible to collect in person for many items, in some cases it may not be possible.

Can I combine multiple items together?

Yes, there is the possibility of combining multiple items together, but be careful, some items may not be available on site and therefore you have to wait for the supply to combine everything in a single package, the times can vary up to 3 weeks. Where it is not possible, categories that cannot be combined due to fragility or very large size, such as signs or pictures due to their fragility.

Can I have a personalized discount on an item?

My goal is to make prices as cheap as possible, but I will help the customer to have discounts and promotions every month

How do discounts work?

They will work like this, we will put promotions almost every month on items that if purchased allow you to have a discount code for a future purchase, or if you have purchased many items in the month you will receive a dedicated code via email for your future purchases.
